We know how important it is for clients to feel secure and not be caught up in the backlash of infringements of current employment legislation. All prospective employees for temporary and contract work are fully checked for eligibility to work in the UK, with regard to permanent applicants, eligibility, once again, is checked before they are put forward for client interview, this ensures that your time is not wasted.

Permanent Vacancies

We work closely with our client to identify those candidates who match their job specification. All candidates are interviewed and tested where applicable. Candidates are fully briefed on both the company and the vacancy. Fees are based on a percentage of salary and are only charged on the day of commencement of the successful applicant - no placement, no fee!

Temporary Vacancies

Temporary staff provides the client with a flexible workforce to cater for peak periods, sickness and holiday cover. Staff are tested, where appropriate, and references are obtained from previous employers. Clients are charged an hourly rate previously agreed before the engagement of the temporary worker. We are responsible for paying wages, deducting Tax and N.I. contributions, Statutory Payments and Holiday Pay where applicable.
